Yay… I’m ALIVE…. 😂 Thank you to all the b Yay… I’m ALIVE…. 😂 Thank you to all the beautiful friends who kept asking about my whereabouts. I was busy with a lot of things lately. I had an amazing trip to Pakistan. Celebrated my brother’s wedding. Allhamdullilah had the best time with family and friends in Pakistan. On return to Kuala Lumpur got COVID positive, but I’m much better by the grace of Allah’s infinite blessings.
Chalain jee bohat see updates bata deen. I have so many things to do right now. Just finished folding a huge pile of washed laundry that was chilling on the lounge sofa from last night. Now is another challenge of thinking what to cook for dinner tonight so I better get up and head to kitchen…. Once again bohat shukria…. Sending you all bohat sa piyar♥️
I left my job back in March 2005. It was quite ove I left my job back in March 2005. It was quite overwhelming as I was so happy to have secured a good position at a government institution. But motherhood demands sacrifices, and that was my first step to embrace motherhood. I became pregnant with my first one, and life went on a nonstop roller coaster ride, everyday presented new challenges.

I learnt a lot,and had a ton of experiences. Been through highs and lows. I never regretted quitting my career. I am proud to say that I raised three very intelligent, confident and loving daughters. It was not a smooth sail having to take care of little ones when you yourself are young and inexperienced. Life posed uncountable challenges but Allhamdullilah things got sorted decently.

Today as I look back and I feel like saying to myself; wow you did pretty well !! 😂

A bit of self encouragement is good. Obviously you need not be a narcissist but sometimes it gives you a sense of achievement that yes you are capable of doing amazing stuff. So chin up and feel proud of yourself.

Today I came across one of my insta friends post. Today I came across one of my insta friends post. Maimoona very accurately pointed out this stark bias that how people only share their privileged lives; and there are very few or too less people who talk about their struggles.
Instagram or any other social media platform has become a tool of self projection where you are showcasing something. So bloggers only showing what the audience is interested to see. Nobody wants to see if anyone is going through hard times. Even if one is going through a rough patch they would hardly talk about it here.
We only want to put that perfect picture which has the potential to get as many likes as possible. So whose interested in someone’s underprivileged life or problems ???!! No one !!
We are so used to of seeing the glitz and glam that someone’s below average lifestyle won’t catch our attention even though that we someway or the other relate to it but we won’t show.
A good news after a long time. Malaysia will relax A good news after a long time. Malaysia will relax some COVID-19 restrictions for fully vaccinated people in eight states that have met criteria such as reduced case numbers and higher vaccination rates.

The measures, which will allow dining in at restaurants, outdoor individual sports and interstate tourism, will take effect on Tuesday.

The measures announced on Sunday will not affect the capital Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas, where infection rates remain the highest in the nation.

Malaysia has just one season all around year which Malaysia has just one season all around year which is hot humid with tropical rains. There are a few places where the temperature falls to a number that you get to enjoy wearing a cozy jacket or sweater. Cameron highlands is one of those places in Malaysia. Always loved its cold chilly evenings.

Today I got vaccinated. Everything happened smooth Today I got vaccinated. Everything happened smoothly but I am writing to share something different. Today I drove more than the allowed 10 km distance. I enjoyed the sun shining and the blue endless sky with all its glory and beauty. It felt so good to see other humans around you, though at a distance but at least I felt good exchanging smiles with them. It looked as if everyone else also enjoyed each other’s presence for some strange reason.

I miss the pre covid times. I believe all of you do so too. Things that we took for granted have become so important. A trip to grocery store feels like going on a luxury excursion.

Although the rest of the world is easing on COVID-19 restrictions our part of the world is still struggling. South East Asian region is facing a surge in COVID19 cases from the past couple of months therefore the SOPs are strictly being enforced.

I pray that all of us get through this gracefully and successfully. May everyone finds peace soon.
It’s been quite a while that I haven’t posted It’s been quite a while that I haven’t posted anything. It’s just that I don’t feel like doing anything. Everything seems so boring and worn out. I just don’t find the motivation to write or to do anything creative.

Its depressing and frustrating when you are not in your element. Despite of the strict SOPs Malaysia is seeing rising numbers of COVID cases these days. Therefore a more stern locked down is imposed for the next two weeks.

Allhamdullilah we are blessed to have all the essentials and luxuries of life but still finding it quite hard to deal with this all. I don’t know people who are less fortunate make both ends meet and how they are coping during these challenging times.

I am sure you also feel the same. Praying hard for better times to come soon.

Colours hold a very significant place. They depict Colours hold a very significant place. They depict emotions and feelings. Red color is superlatively popular in Chinese culture. It symbolises fertility, luck, joy, celebration and vitality. Traditionally, Chinese brides wear red to ward of evil. Red color represents life. That is the reason you see so much red during the Chinese new year festivities. They elaborately decorate their houses, business places with red color to usher in new year so that it can bring along success, wealth and good fortune.
